This structure ensures that our incentives are fully aligned with yours. If our work doesn't yield measurable financial gains, there is no cost to you.

How do you define "free cash flow"?
We calculate free cash flow as the net cash your shop retains as a result of improvements we implement — including reduced scrap, faster throughput, increased revenue, and smarter resource utilization.
When do we start paying?
You only pay once the results are realized. We track and validate improvements together, and only after cash is freed up do we invoice based on our agreed percentage.
How do you track and prove the results?
We use clear, collaborative metrics to measure impact —focusing on tangible improvements in your shop. Every dollar attributed to our work is backed by data and validated with your team before invoicing begins.
What if the project doesn’t deliver results?
Then you don’t pay. Our model is entirely performance-based.
